User Rights and Obligations

• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• The user must comply with applicable waste management legislation.

Provider Responsibility

Elyscrapcar SRL makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.

Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by force majeure.

Specific Limitations

• The provider's total liability is limited to the value of services paid in the last 12 months.
• The provider is not responsible for user-generated content.

Termination Conditions

The provider may suspend or terminate the user's access in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including the provision of false information or abusive use of the services.

The user may request account termination at any time by written notice to the email address info@elyscrapcar.com.

Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be informed at least 30 days before the changes take effect, by publication on the site or by email.

Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
